For both tensions along X and Y, the distribution is practically identical in most of the cortical bone, except around the left screw, close to the post teeth.

From the above images, in the modified model there is a slight reduction in compression at the level of the right interface of the screw in question which is countered by an increase (approx. 10%) in tension in the cortical bone between the post teeth and the left screw.
